How do I Place and Order?

Simply place your items in the basket and proceed to check out where you will be given a choice of payment options including Payal, credit and debit cards. Alternatively phone 01706 216386 between the hours of 9am and 5pm Monday – Friday and one of our operators will take your order and payment.

How much is postage and packaging?

United Kingdom
Standard Delivery - FREE
Delivery should normally take up to 7 working days.

Express Delivery - from £4.95
1-2 daysdelivery for orders placed before midday. A signature will be required for this delivery type.

Our delivery couriers will not deem a parcel to be lost until it has been in their systems for a period of 14 days (UK) and 20 working days for International orders. Although it is highly unlikely deliveries will take this amount of time we are unable to despatch a replacement or issue a refund until this period of time has elapsed. If you have ordered a large item, please check that your local post office is not holding it for collection.

Please note; myhairandbeautyshop.co.uk can only entertain claims for lost items within 90 days of dispatch.

When will my order be dispatched?

Most items are dispatched within one - two working day of placing your order.

What is the Returns Policy?

1)     Let us Know
Please email us at clare@123hairandbeauty.co.uk or call us on +44 (0) 1706 216386 to notify us of your intent to return. Your email should contain all references that are on your receipt together will a full explanation of your reason for returning the goods. You should also advise us whether you'd like an alternative product/replacement or a refund.

(Any returned received without prior notice may be delayed in being processed)

2)     The Product
Goods must be in its original packaging with any seals intact and in a saleable condition. Please enclose the original receipt with the parcel.

3)     The Packaging
Re-package the parcel using strong packaging and ensure it is sealed securely and addressed clearly with the address below;

4)     Proof of Postage
Take the parcel to your local Post Office and request a proof of postage. Without this, you will be unable to make a claim, should the parcel go missing. (Please note: myhairandbeautyshop.co.uk will not be liable for lost returns.) Any underpaid returns will not be processed. Items must be returned within 21 days of dispatch..

Please note, 123hairandbeautyshop will only reimburse the cost of the products and not any postage or shipping fees.

What Payment Methods do you accept?

Myhairandbeautyshop take the following major credit cards; Visa, Switch, Mastercard, Switch, Delta, Mistro, Solo and American Express. Customer can also pay through Paypal or Amazon Checkout.

Where can you deliver to?

We currently ship to the UK mainland, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland.

We also delivery to the majority of international countries. If you're country does not come up please email us on clare@123hairandbeauty.co.uk.

What happens if the Product is out of stock?

If any of our products are out of stock please click on “This item is not currently in stock. Email me when back in stock” which will appear above the size box. This will then ensure we email you when the stock has come in.

Can I make changes to an existing order?

We are unfortunately unable to change or add anything to an order once it has been completed on our website or via the telephone. If a customer requires additional products after an order is confirm then another orders must be paced.  Please check all orders thoroughly before you click “confirm order” to ensure that postage costs are kept to a minimum.

Is VAT included?

All our goods are dispatched from our base in the UK, therefore UK VAT rates always apply. All our prices shown on the website include VAT where applicable.
